Emilio Lucas, President and Founder
Born in Oaxaca, Mexico, Emilio Lucas grew up fascinated by the artistry of adobe and ladrillo builders. After migrating to New York in 1998, he built his career from the ground up, moving from factory shifts and hospitality roles into the world of high-end residential construction. Beginning with plastering and painting, Emilio developed a reputation for meticulous workmanship and genuine client relationships.
Today, as President of Lucas Construction, Emilio brings that same discipline, artistry, and integrity to every project through general contracting. His approach combines character-rich craftsmanship, creative problem-solving, and a client-first process. By honouring materials, listening deeply, and executing with precision, Emilio transforms ordinary spaces into extraordinary homes, spaces built to last and designed with intention.
Isai Silva, Vice President
As Vice President of Lucas Construction, Isai Silva oversees the day-to-day execution of every project. He is the primary point of contact for subcontractors and partners, ensuring each build runs smoothly from start to finish. With a strong on-site presence, Isai manages scheduling, coordination, and quality control, while fostering trusted relationships with subcontractors and trades.
Isai’s leadership is grounded in clear communication, accountability, and hands-on problem-solving. His ability to anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward allows the Lucas Construction team to deliver a seamless experience, translating Emilio’s vision into well-executed, thoughtfully managed spaces.
